ABOUT
Built in 1801, this wonderful home has welcomed families and travelers over the last 200 years. Keith and Helen Thompson purchased Sweet Brier Farm in December of 2017 with the hope of continuing this tradition by welcoming visitors who would like a cozy get-away, offering relaxation and warmth in a country setting. Complete with bedrooms and sitting area in the main house as well as a large suite with a separate bedroom, large living room and fully-equipped kitchen, this farm offers a home away from home. Home-cooked meals, time with our lively animal friends and taking advantage of all that nature and our quaint surrounding towns have to offer will make your stay complete.

MAIN HOUSE STAYS
Weekdays (Sunday - Thursday):
Full-Size Room is $109.00 and the Deluxe Queen-Size Room with refrigerator is $119.00. Both are double occupancy. Includes breakfast, sitting room with refreshments, vinyl with turntable, games and books.
Weekends:
B&B Main House Weekends Full-Size Room is $119.00 and the Deluxe Queen-Size Room with the refrigerator is $129.00. Both are double occupancy.

THINGS TO DO
Sweet Brier Farm is located in Lyndeborough New Hampshire which abuts Wilton, Greenfield and Temple New Hampshire. It is also conveniently located to Milford, which is the largest of the small towns.
MILFORD
Milford is one of the few locations that has a drive-in with double features and a great food shack. Further up the road, the Milford Oval has amazing terrific restaurants, bars, yoga studios and antique stores.
WILTON
Wilton has an adorable main street that offers small restaurants as well as antique and specialty stores. Wilton even has a lovely theater located in the Town Hall which features first run movies, silent films and art deco specialties. Home made popcorn wafts through the building right when
you enter!
THE GREAT OUTDOORS
Sweet Brier Farm is centrally located to amazing hiking, fishing, biking, waterfalls, lakes, skiing and snow shoeing. Whether on the property or minutes away, you can find all of those and more. Crotched Mountain and Pat’s Peak are a stones throw away as are multiple national trails.
